Residents of Accra central police station mounted a search for a 14 years old boy who has been missing a day in the Accra Mövenpick hotel.
Aaron Hurst who hails from New York Buffalo's but currently in Accra Ghana is said to have disappeared on 6th December 2019, after his dad went out to get some items in Accra.
Desmond Hurst, the father of the missing boy reported the case to Blackbitz Africa that, he on the same day the boy went missing, was with him in the hotel room having their breakfast before leaving to buy some items in town.
According to the dad, Mr. Hurst informed the receptionist about he leaving his son in the room and wants to get some stuffs in Accra and promised to be back shortly.
He also indicated that as at 1:00pm when he returned from Accra, he realised the boy was not in the room and decided to go down stairs and asked the receptionist about his son, in which the receptionist said the boy came down an hour ago to get some items left to the receptionist by the father and went back to the hotel room.
As at about 4:00pm the dad claimed he couldn't still locate his son after an announcement was made to every individual who was lounging in the hotel that day. A thorough search was made by the security personnel's at post that day but yet to no avail.
Mr. Desmond Hurst said he later reported the incident to the Accra Regional Police Command and his yet to give his report on the incidence.
