His nomination at the 2018 BET Awards whipped up a national sense of pride as for the first time, there was an all hands on deck approach to canvassing for votes for him.
Joselyn Dumas, Sarkodie, Stonebwoy, Trigmatic, Efya and many others including Samira Bawumia and Anas Aremeyaw Anas were among personalities who constantly asked for support for him.
Despite a loss, Kwesi Arthur’s nomination remains a big win to Ghana as it seemed to have brought a national sense of unity among all sectors.
